Return & Refund Policy

At Bloom with Kena, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Product is unused and unopened
  • Packed in the original pouch or box with all components intact
  • No damage, tampering, or missing parts
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used perfumes, body sprays, or body mists
  • Opened bakhoor, candles, or home fragrance products
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift sets once opened

How to Request a Return

You can initiate a return in one of two ways:

  1. Email us at info@bloomwithkena.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Submit a return request through your customer dashboard on our website

Our team will get back to you within 1–2 business days with further instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
